Thrasher Hood Mens Flame Embroidered Zip (Black) takes the classic Thrasher Flame Logo and gives it a cleaner, more understated zip-up treatment. The hoodie is solid black with a full front zipper running through the center, splitting the embroidered Thrasher logo across the chest so “THRA” sits on one side and “SHER” lands on the other. The flame outline is done in white embroidery, giving the graphic a sharper, stitched-in look instead of a standard printed logo.

The hoodie has a structured pullover-style hood with black drawstrings, a full zip closure, ribbed cuffs, a ribbed bottom hem, and split front hand pockets that line up cleanly on both sides of the zipper. The black-on-black body keeps it easy to wear, while the white embroidered flame logo gives it just enough contrast to stand out. It has that everyday skate hoodie feel—simple enough for school, work, or shop wear, but still clearly tied to skateboarding.

Thrasher began as a San Francisco skateboarding magazine in 1981, founded by Eric Swenson and Fausto Vitello, with Kevin Thatcher serving as the magazine’s first editor. The brand has stayed connected to real skate culture through its magazine, photos, videos, Skater of the Year legacy, and the Flame Logo that became one of the most recognized graphics in skateboarding. Around Monrovia, Pasadena, Arcadia, Duarte, Glendora, Claremont, and South Pasadena, this is the kind of hoodie that fits naturally into the local skate rotation: clean, durable, and not trying too hard.

Stix SGV has proudly served the San Gabriel Valley skateboarding community since the late ‘90s. With three locations across Los Angeles County, we’ve been deeply rooted in the local scene. Our Monrovia shop has been a staple since 1997, followed by our Claremont location in 2014, and our South Pasadena shop opening its doors in 2022. Our mission has always been simple: to uphold skateboarding culture and stay true to our community.
