RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All sales are considered final. STIX SGV does not offer refunds for online or in-store purchases, including but not limited to sale items, limited releases, special orders, seasonal products, or exclusive items.

Exchanges may be approved within 30 days of the original purchase date at the sole discretion of STIX SGV, provided that:

• the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition;

• all original packaging, tags, accessories, and boxes are included;

• the item is free of odors, damage, wear, grip application, or alterations;

• the original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the order was fulfilled incorrectly by STIX SGV.

Any refused shipments, returned-to-sender packages, or undeliverable orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for exchange, including worn footwear, socks, opened hardware, bearings, grip tape, or other used products.

If we made an error with your order, we will work to correct the issue as quickly as possible.

All discounted, sale, promotional, seasonal, raffle, launch, limited-release, and exclusive items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping rates and promotions apply to Continental United States orders only unless otherwise stated.

Orders are typically shipped via USPS, UPS, or other available carriers selected at the discretion of STIX SGV.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. STIX SGV is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

STIX SGV is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages once accepted by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting the carrier regarding delivery issues.

Please ensure that shipping addresses are accurate prior to checkout. STIX SGV is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Certain products may not qualify for free shipping due to size, weight, carrier restrictions, or promotional exclusions.

Orders flagged for suspected fraud, unauthorized resale activity, or suspicious purchasing behavior may be delayed, held for verification, or canceled at the sole discretion of STIX SGV.
