The Stix SGV Deck Claremont Garage Sprayed (Assorted) is a true reflection of independent skateboarding and the DIY spirit that has always been part of the San Gabriel Valley. Every deck begins as a blank 7-ply maple skateboard before being hand sprayed using custom stencils in a backyard right here in the San Gabriel Valley. Rather than being mass-produced on an assembly line, each board is individually finished by hand, giving it its own character and ensuring that no two decks are exactly alike. Because every board is sprayed one at a time, colors, paint fades, stencil placement, and deck shapes will vary, making every deck a unique piece of local skateboarding history.
The deck shown, pressed in MEXICO, features a striking translucent orange spray finish that allows the natural maple wood grain to remain visible beneath the paint, creating a rich stained appearance full of texture and depth. Running down the center is the bold STIX SGV CLAREMONT stencil graphic in crisp black, giving the board a clean industrial look inspired by warehouse markings and classic skate shop aesthetics. The simple design proudly represents the city where Stix SGV opened its second location while allowing the handmade finish to remain the centerpiece.

Our Monrovia shop has been a staple since 1997, followed by our Claremont location in 2014, and our South Pasadena shop opening its doors in 2022.
