The On Hollywood Black Flag Bars And Logo S/S Tee (White) is a timeless, no-nonsense tribute to one of punk’s most defiant and influential bands. Printed on a crisp white 100% cotton tee, the shirt features the legendary Black Flag "four bars" logo in stark black ink, flanked by bold “BLACK” and “FLAG” typography in all caps. Designed by artist Raymond Pettibon, the bars represent a flag in motion—a visual metaphor for unrest, rebellion, and raw creative energy. Clean, simple, and fully loaded with cultural weight, this graphic is one of the most iconic in punk history.
This tee is built with a standard fit, crewneck collar, and short sleeves, making it perfect for everyday wear whether you're bombing hills, digging through records, or chilling at the shop. It’s a must-have for anyone who respects the roots of hardcore and the noise that shook the suburbs.

Black Flag was founded in Hermosa Beach, California in 1976 by Greg Ginn, and went on to become one of the earliest and most aggressive voices in hardcore punk. With a rotating lineup including frontmen like Keith Morris, Ron Reyes, Dez Cadena, and the brutal poetry of Henry Rollins, the band built a legacy on discontent, alienation, and pure sonic violence. SST Records, started by Ginn, became a hub for punk and alternative music nationwide. Black Flag’s music wasn’t just fast—it was a philosophy: DIY, anti-authority, and fiercely independent.
The band has also had a massive presence in skate video culture, their blistering tracks syncing perfectly with gritty street clips and brutal bails. Here are just some of the many standout moments:
Jordan Richter skated to "My War" in Blind - Video Days (1991)
Richie Belton and Chris Senn both used "Depression" in Emerica - Yellow (1997) and Foundation - Nervous Breakdown (1999)
Jim Greco skated to "Fix Me" in Etnies - Sponsored (2000)
Black Flag - "TV Party" closed out Zero - Misled Youth (1999) and also featured in David Loy’s part in Blank Generation (2005)
"Nervous Breakdown" has appeared in multiple videos like Santa Cruz - Streets On Fire (1989), H-Street - Lick (1993), and Ohio Skateout (1988)
"Wasted", "Scream", and "Rise Above" have backed up gnarly sections in Thrasher - Double Rock, Streets On Fire, and Black Label - Duane Peters Story
Ben Raybourn skated to "Gimme Gimme Gimme" in Kre-per Show (2003)
And “My War”, "Revenge", "I Don't Care", and "Screw the Law" have all served as sonic ammo for parts across DNA - Micro Analysis, Totally Nector, The Miada Skateboards Video, and more.
The On Hollywood Black Flag Bars Tee isn’t just a shirt—it’s a flag for those who ride against the grain. It represents skateboarding’s punk roots, DIY grit, and refusal to compromise. Whether you're stacking clips or just preaching "Rise Above", this tee speaks your language.
