Slushcult Flat Bar is their first official in-house rail, built with a straightforward goal—take something classic and make it solid enough to call your own. They didn’t invent the flat bar, but they refined it into a clean, durable piece that feels right from the first lock-in.

At 8" long and 2" high, the dimensions strike a perfect balance. The height adds just enough challenge to make you work for your 50-50s, feebles, and boardslides, while the 8-inch length gives you real room to settle into longer grinds without feeling oversized. It’s compact enough to fit in your side bag but substantial enough to anchor a full fingerboard setup.

The rail itself features a thicker diameter for added strength and durability. The powder coated black finish gives it a smooth, consistent slide while holding up to repeated sessions. The coating is even and clean, with a subtle sheen that looks sharp without being flashy. Each end of the rail is capped cleanly, and the weld points at the uprights are tight and reinforced.

The two wide rectangular feet are designed to prevent wobble, keeping the bar stable whether you’re skating on a desk, table, or flat ground surface. A Slushcult logo sticker sits on one of the feet, keeping branding understated but present. Included non-slider material adds extra grip underneath, so it stays planted mid-combo.

Made in the USA, it carries that sturdy, no-nonsense construction that mirrors full-size street rails you’d find tucked into schoolyards and park corners. It’s the kind of obstacle that feels right at home in a setup inspired by the everyday spots around the SGV—from mellow flat sections in West Covina to improvised rail sessions near Pasadena. Clean, functional, and built to take abuse.

Stix SGV has proudly served the San Gabriel Valley skateboarding community since the late ‘90s. With three locations across Los Angeles County, we’ve been deeply rooted in the local scene. Our Monrovia shop has been a staple since 1997, followed by our Claremont location in 2014, and our South Pasadena shop opening its doors in 2022. Our mission has always been simple: to uphold skateboarding culture and stay true to our community.
