The top and bottom show clean, thin face plies that frame the erupting artwork—lava reds, ash greys, and that unmistakable Gonz playfulness—while the deck profile stays medium with a confident, quick flick. Under the graphic, Real’s DBX construction uses three layers of interwoven basalt fiber with four interior maple veneers and two thinner face plies. Hand-laid and precision-pressed in a single mold, it rides lively on day one and keeps its pop, response, and feel deep into the session. At 8.25" x 32" with a 14.38" wheelbase, it’s a perfect all-terrain size for blasting lines at Duarte in the morning and hitting LA ledges before dark—stable on speed, nimble on tech, and tough enough for the rougher SGV spots.
