The Quasi Deck Team Altered (8.75) embodies Quasi's unmistakable blend of experimental artwork, contemporary design, and premium skateboard construction. Founded by former Alien Workshop riders Jake Johnson, Gilbert Crockett, Tyler Bledsoe, and Chad Bowers, Quasi has built a reputation for creating decks that blur the line between fine art, photography, and skateboarding. The Team Altered graphic continues that tradition with an abstract visual composition that feels both cinematic and mysterious while delivering the trusted performance serious skaters expect.
The artwork is intentionally surreal, beginning with an ink-like black explosion spreading across a pale cream background near the nose. Just below sits the QUASI-EXPERIMENTAL® logo inside a clean black capsule, reinforcing the deck's conceptual aesthetic. The centerpiece features a softly rendered human face tinted in cool blue and green hues, partially obscured by digital distortion, scratches, and fractured textures that create the impression of an altered photograph or corrupted film negative. The lower half transitions into bold horizontal bands of black, white, fiery orange, and deep red that dissolve into blurred gradients, giving the entire graphic a sense of motion and visual interference.
