Quasi Deck Brian O'Dwyer Sync 1 (8.375) brings Brian O’Dwyer’s raw East Coast style into a graphic that feels fragmented, blown-out, and intentionally unsettling in the best Quasi way. The bottom graphic mixes high-contrast black-and-white portrait imagery with cropped photo layers, distorted shapes, and a small color-blocked panel near the lower half. “Brian O’Dwyer” is printed cleanly across the upper middle section, while the small Quasi logo sits above the lower collage area. The whole deck has that cut-up, analog, art-board feel Quasi is known for—less like a standard skate graphic and more like something pulled from a photocopied video still or zine layout.
At 8.375" wide by 31.75" long with a 14.25" wheelbase, this deck sits in a strong all-around size range for street skating, ledges, rails, gaps, parks, and everyday cruising. The Q53 shape gives it a balanced popsicle template with a mellow concave and steeper kick, so it still feels controlled under your feet without being too flat. It is built from traditional 7-ply North American hard rock maple and cold-pressed at BBS/Generator, which is known for consistent pop, durability, and a dependable feel. This is part 1 of a two-deck graphic series, with top and bottom stain colors varying by board.
Brian O’Dwyer came out of the New Jersey and East Coast street scene with a hard-charging style built around speed, power, and high-impact spot selection. After standing out in parts like Down Bad, Some Pulp, She’s Cheating, Baker Has a Deathwish Part 2, and his Venture Trucks part, he moved into the Quasi lineup and was listed as a Quasi pro model rider on current shop and sponsor listings. Quasi itself grew out of the post-Alien Workshop/Mother Collective era, with Chad Bowers, Tyler Bledsoe, Gilbert Crockett, and Jake Johnson tied to the brand’s early foundation and art-driven identity. Around Monrovia, Pasadena, Arcadia, Duarte, Covina, Glendora, Claremont, and South Pasadena, this is a solid shop-wall pick for skaters who want a real skateable shape with a graphic that feels more underground than polished.
