Built for heavy street lines and precise flick, the Independent Trucks 159 Andrew Reynolds Block Hollow Inverted Kingpin MiD serves up the exact feel “The Boss” demands. A polished silver hanger and baseplate carry the bold REYNOLDS block graphic, paired with stealthy black cushions and hardware. The MiD geometry rides at 52mm for a lower center of gravity and a dialed contact-point angle on nose and tail—perfect for flip tricks, ledge work, and real-world street skating around our local stair sets and curbs. Independent’s first-ever inverted Grade 8 kingpin threads into a steel Shaft Nut in the baseplate to kill lateral wiggle and boost adjustability; tune it with either a 5.5mm Allen key or a standard 9/16" wrench. Strength comes from an A356 T6 aluminum hanger and baseplate for crisp grind feel, while the hollow chromoly steel axle trims weight without giving up durability.
