Independent Trucks 129 Andrew Reynolds Block Hollow Inverted Kingpin MiD – Silver (Pair)

Dial in your street setup with the Independent Trucks 129 Andrew Reynolds Block Hollow Inverted Kingpin MiD. The polished silver hanger and baseplate are clean and timeless, accented with the Reynolds block print and black cushions/hardware. At 52mm tall, this MiD geometry lowers your contact points for snappier flicks and stable lock-ins on ledges and rails. The 129 size runs a 7.6" axle, the sweet spot for decks 7.4–7.8" wide—perfect for quick footwork at local plazas from mellow curbs to stair sets.

Indy’s first-ever inverted kingpin threads into a steel Shaft Nut housed in the baseplate, eliminating lateral wobble and letting you fine-tune with either a 5.5mm Allen or 9/16" wrench. A356-T6 aluminum hanger/baseplate delivers classic Built To Grind feel, while the hollow Chromoly axles trim weight without sacrificing strength. Full-size cushions keep the turn lively; the new size stamp under the hanger makes matching up a breeze. Recommended wheel size: 53mm and under.

If you’ve grown up skating around here, you already know how Indys thrive—from the gritty ledges in downtown Pasadena to buttery DIY corners in the foothills. The lower MiD profile keeps your tailslides controlled and your flip tricks crisp when you’re sessioning after work and chasing that ideal LA golden-hour line.

Born in 1978 under NHS, Independent Trucks set the standard for reliability and grind feel, earning a lifetime guarantee and the “Built to Grind” mantra. The Andrew Reynolds edition nods to “The Boss” himself—raised in Lakeland, Florida, he broke out on Birdhouse in the ’90s, founded Baker Skateboards in 2000, and became legendary for textbook frontside flips and ender-level consistency. His name on this MiD means everyday durability built for real street abuse.

Stix SGV has proudly served the San Gabriel Valley skateboarding community since the late ‘90s. With three locations across Los Angeles County, we’ve been deeply rooted in the local scene. Our Monrovia shop has been a staple since 1997, followed by our Claremont location in 2014, and our South Pasadena shop opening its doors in 2022. Our mission has always been simple: to uphold skateboarding culture and stay true to our community.
