The GX-1000 Tee Bomb Hills Not Countries S/S (Burgundy/Yellow) captures the brand’s unfiltered approach to skateboarding with one of its most recognized designs. Printed on a rich burgundy short sleeve, the bold yellow text frames a gritty black-and-white street photo—perfectly summing up the energy of downhill skating and the uncompromising spirit of the crew. Built from 100% cotton, this tee is as durable as it is comfortable, meant for skaters who treat their gear the same way they treat a steep hill: with no hesitation.
GX-1000 started as a video project under Ryan Garshell, documenting the raw streets and legendary hill bombs of San Francisco. What began as a crew quickly grew into a respected brand, with gear that embodies the same reckless and unapologetic ethos as the skaters themselves. The “Bomb Hills Not Countries” graphic has become iconic—representing unity, resistance, and skateboarding’s power to transcend borders. For skaters in the San Gabriel Valley, where local hills and city streets serve as testing grounds, this shirt resonates with the same DIY, fearless spirit that drives GX-1000.
Stix SGV has proudly served the San Gabriel Valley skateboarding community since the late ‘90s. With three locations across Los Angeles County, we’ve been deeply rooted in the local scene. Our Monrovia shop has been a staple since 1997, followed by our Claremont location in 2014, and our South Pasadena shop opening its doors in 2022. Our mission has always been simple: to uphold skateboarding culture and stay true to our community.
