GX-1000 Deck Team OG Logo Blur Black (8.5) brings GX-1000’s raw San Francisco hill-bomb energy into a clean, graphic-heavy team deck. The bottom graphic uses a black base with a large vertical GX1000-style logo running down the center in a blurred, pixelated white-and-grey treatment. The effect looks almost like motion blur or a low-resolution screen pull, giving the board a fast, distorted feel before it ever touches the ground. A thin blue edge wraps the deck, adding just enough color against the black graphic, while the standard truck mounting holes are left clean and visible through the design.
This deck measures 8.5" wide by 32.125" long with a 14.25" wheelbase, giving it a solid all-around size for street, ledges, gaps, transition, and heavier skating. It has a traditional popsicle shape with a fuller rounded nose and tail, plus a steeper concave profile for better foot control and flick. Manufactured at BBS, it uses 7-ply premium maple construction built for pop, strength, and everyday impact. The top veneer color may vary from board to board, which gives each one its own slight personality.
GX-1000 comes out of San Francisco skateboarding and is closely tied to filmer Ryan Garshell and the GX1000 crew, known for raw street footage, high-speed hill bombing, and a no-polish approach to skate culture. That same energy translates well here in the San Gabriel Valley, where a board like this makes sense for everything from Monrovia curbs and Pasadena spots to Arcadia schoolyards, Duarte streets, Covina sessions, Glendora parks, Claremont lines, and South Pasadena cruising.
