Zero Skateboards

Zero Skateboards was founded in 1996 by Jamie Thomas, starting as a small apparel project before evolving into one of the most influential street skateboard brands of the late 90s and early 2000s. Built around a stripped-down, heavy-hitting aesthetic—most recognizable through its skull logo—Zero became synonymous with commitment skating: big rails, serious gaps, and parts that raised the bar. The videos weren’t flashy for the sake of it; they were intense, focused, and set a tone that pushed street skating toward bigger, more fearless terrain.

The San Gabriel Valley respects Zero because there’s no pretending with it. It represents going all in. From long handrails at local schools to crusty asphalt spots that demand speed and precision, SGV skaters understand what it means to commit. Zero isn’t polished or playful—it’s direct and serious. Around here, that straightforward energy still resonates.
