Bones Wheels X99 V6 Braden Hoban Reaper Wide Cut Black (54mm/99d) gives Braden Hoban’s signature wheel a darker, heavier look with a solid black urethane body and a bold reaper graphic wrapped around the face. The artwork features repeated purple-hooded skeleton reapers with white hands, red eyes, and sharp grey motion lines circling the wheel. Around the bearing seat, the inner ring calls out Bones Wheels, Braden Hoban, X-Formula X99, and V6 54mm, keeping the branding clean while still matching the aggressive graphic.
The 54mm size gives this version a little more roll speed and clearance than the smaller 53mm option, making it a strong choice for skaters who want to move through rougher street spots, parks, and longer lines without losing the quick feel of a street wheel. The V6 Wide Cut shape has a 34mm overall width with a 19mm contact patch, giving it added stability on landings and more surface under your feet, while the conical sidewalls help reduce drag when locking into ledges or rails. For skating around Monrovia, Pasadena, Duarte, Azusa, Glendora, Covina, Claremont, and South Pasadena, this is the kind of wheel that makes sense when you need speed, grip, slide control, and durability in one setup.
Braden Hoban comes out of Encinitas, California, and has become one of modern street skating’s standout names through powerful trick selection, long controlled grinds, big rails, and a work ethic that shows in both his video parts and contest skating. His background with Toy Machine, Emerica, Slappy, Bronson, and other core brands makes this Bones signature wheel feel right: it is built for skaters who are actually going to push through heavy spots, not just cruise clean ground.
Bones Wheels comes from the Skate One / Powell-Peralta family, tied to George Powell’s long-running influence on skate urethane and performance hardware. The X99 formula is made to keep the fast, controlled slide of a hard street wheel while helping smooth out rough concrete and asphalt, giving you a wheel that feels responsive without beating up your feet as much over longer sessions.
