The Girl Deck Simon Bannerot Siaz Faces (8.5) is a visually striking pro model that combines the raw energy of modern skateboarding with contemporary art influences. Designed around Simon Bannerot’s powerful all-terrain approach, this deck features artwork by artist Siaz that transforms the entire bottom graphic into a dense collage of expressive faces layered across the full surface. Electric shades of teal, blue, yellow, and black intertwine through hand-drawn lines, creating a chaotic yet controlled composition that feels alive from nose to tail. The overlapping faces each carry unique expressions, giving the graphic depth and movement while rewarding a closer look every time the board is picked up.

The top graphic offers an entirely different aesthetic, featuring a natural woodgrain veneer accented by two sketchbook-style portrait illustrations that appear pinned or pasted onto the deck. Beneath the artwork sits a subtle Girl Skateboards logo treatment, creating a clean contrast to the explosive graphic on the underside. Together, the top and bottom designs reflect the creative spirit that has made Girl Skateboards one of the most respected brands in skateboarding since its founding by Rick Howard and Mike Carroll in 1993.

Built on Girl’s modern G053 shape, this deck measures 8.5" wide by 32" long with a 14.4375" wheelbase, offering a balanced platform that feels equally comfortable on transition, bowls, street spots, and fast lines through the skatepark. Developed by Griffin Gass as an 8.5" version of the popular G030 shape, it features a full round nose, pronounced hips, and a rounded blunted tail that provides excellent control and responsiveness. Whether you're carving deep transitions, charging a backyard pool, or navigating the ledges and banks found throughout the San Gabriel Valley, this shape delivers versatility without sacrificing stability.

As Simon Bannerot’s pro model, the deck reflects the skating style that has made him one of the most respected skaters of his generation. Growing up near Seattle and developing his skills on everything from vert ramps to rough DIY spots, Bannerot built a reputation for charging terrain with speed, confidence, and creativity. His resilience, highlighted by a remarkable return from a serious pelvis injury and a celebrated Thrasher cover appearance, has made him a favorite among skaters who appreciate dedication and progression. Today, Simon continues to represent Girl Skateboards alongside sponsors including Volcom, Spitfire Wheels, Ace Trucks, and ASICS.
