Slime Balls Wheels Rob Roskopp Face Two Reissue OG Slime Green (60mm/78a) bring back one of the most recognizable graphics in skate history, poured into a modern cruiser-friendly setup that’s built to roll fast and smooth across anything in your path. Cast in a rich, translucent OG slime green urethane, these wheels have that classic see-through glow, with subtle bubbles and texture that give them that authentic throwback feel straight out of the late ‘80s.
The standout is the Roskopp Face Two graphic, wrapping the inner face in full color—featuring the mutated, screaming face with bulging eyeballs, gnashing teeth, and chaotic slime detail, originally illustrated by Jim Phillips. It’s loud, gritty, and instantly recognizable, paired with bold 60mm / 78a callouts in red that lock in the specs visually. On the opposite side, the cleaner hit features the Slime Balls logo and Rob Roskopp branding, keeping things balanced between graphic chaos and classic identity.
These are built with Slime Tech urethane, tuned for 78a softness, making them ideal for rough ground, crusty streets, and cruising over cracks without chatter. The OG Slime shape is a symmetrical, center-set cruiser profile, offering stability and predictable slide when needed while still keeping things fast and controlled. At 60mm diameter, 40.4mm width, and a 30.1mm riding surface, they sit in that perfect zone between cruiser and filmer wheel—big enough to carry speed, soft enough to handle real terrain.
Slime Balls is part of the NHS distribution family—alongside Santa Cruz Skateboards—carrying decades of history rooted in California skateboarding. Rob Roskopp himself was a defining figure of the ‘80s era, known for his powerful transition skating and his iconic “Face” series graphics, which became some of the most influential visuals in skate culture. This reissue keeps that legacy alive while making it fully functional for today’s sessions.
Whether you’re pushing through rough alleys in Baldwin Park, hitting sidewalk lines in Temple City, or just cruising through neighborhoods around the SGV, these wheels are built to keep you rolling smooth without sacrificing that classic look.
