Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. During high-volume releases, holidays, promotions, or special launches, processing times may be extended.

Orders flagged for fraud prevention or verification may be delayed or canceled at the sole discretion of STIX SGV.

 

Shipping Support

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, UPS, or the selected carrier, shipping timelines and delivery operations are handled by the carrier.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

If your package is delayed, lost, stolen, or marked delivered incorrectly, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first, as they often have the most current tracking information.

We will still do our best to help where possible.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer refunds.

Approved exchanges must meet all exchange policy requirements, including original condition, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Release Products / Limited Items

Due to the nature of limited-release products, launch items, raffles, and exclusive merchandise, all such sales are final.

Orders suspected of reseller activity, bot purchasing, chargeback abuse, or fraud may be canceled without notice.
