Real Deck Ishod Wair Cat Scratch Twin Tail DBX (8.25)
A mirror-gold backdrop sets the stage for twin black panthers clawing up and down the deck, flanked by tiny butterflies and vintage tattoo linework. “ISHOD” sits in bold gothic type between the cats, and the gloss finish makes the art flash like a low-sun session at Memorial Park or along that smooth stretch by the San Gabriel River. This is Ishod’s TWIN TAIL shape, so nose and tail share near-identical geometry for switch purity—flick feels the same either way. Built with REAL’s DBX construction, it layers three interwoven basalt sheets with four standard interior veneers and two thinner face veneers for a lighter, thinner, stronger board that stays crisp longer and snaps back fast after impact. At 8.25" x 31.8" with a 14.33" wheelbase and 6.625" nose and tail, it threads that sweet spot of stability and agility—perfect for ledge lines in Claremont or bump-to-bars around South Pas.
Ishod Wair’s story is pure modern skateboarding—deep bag, deeper power, and a switch game that redefined what “both ways” looks like, from early Real parts through a SOTY run and nonstop video output. REAL channels that pedigree here with top-shelf DLX pressing, durable materials, and a shape meant to go fast and stay fun. If you follow REAL’s pro lineage, you know the standard: Mason Silva, Ishod, and crew—heavy hitters whose decks are built to keep up.
