Hockey Deck Team War On Ice Gold (8.25) takes the same confrontational imagery from the War On Ice series and elevates it with a metallic gold stain that immediately stands out. The bottom graphic features the unmistakable masked face locked inside a red frame, staring straight through the graphic with an intense, unsettling calm. The bold HOCKEY hit across the mask keeps it stripped and direct, while the gold finish gives the deck a premium, almost trophy-like presence. Soft white fade bars near the nose and tail break up the metallic tone and add visual balance, making the graphic feel intentional from every angle.
This deck is pressed on the FA/Hockey original Shape 1, known for its steeper concave and signature shovel-style nose that gives skaters extra control and snap. Measuring 8.25" x 31.79" with a 14.12" wheelbase, it’s a proven all-around size that works just as well in the streets as it does charging bigger spots. The shape feels responsive underfoot, with enough room to lock in and enough concave to keep everything tight at speed. Traditional 7-ply hard rock maple construction delivers consistent pop and durability built for heavy skating.
Hockey Skateboards, founded by Jason Dill and Anthony Van Engelen, exists as a raw, uncompromising counterpart to Fucking Awesome. The brand is known for its darker visuals, no-frills attitude, and shapes trusted by some of the most aggressive skaters pushing modern street skating. The War On Ice team graphic has become one of Hockey’s most recognizable visuals, and this gold version adds a sharp contrast—luxurious in color, brutal in message.
