Civilian Deck Jonathan Henderson Pro Papa Jon (8.5) is the full-power version of Jon Jon’s first official pro graphic—bigger, bolder, and built for skaters who want extra board under their feet without sacrificing control. The deep red stained background carries a rich gloss that catches light with every angle, while the oversized PAPA JON lettering runs clean and confident down the center. The white panel with green trim gives the graphic a timeless, everyday-object feel—simple, recognizable, and loud without trying too hard. The Civilian badge seals it, keeping the look classic and unmistakably pro.
At 8.5” wide, this setup brings added stability and confidence, especially for powerful skating, bigger gaps, crusty landings, and fast street lines. The 31.95” length with a 14.0” wheelbase keeps it responsive and balanced, making it just as comfortable locking into ledges as it is charging transitions or rough ground. This is a board meant to be skated hard—solid pop, consistent shape, and room to move.
Jonathan “Jon Jon” Henderson comes out of South Los Angeles, where his skating was forged in real streets and real conditions. His style has always been calm, precise, and heavy—no wasted motion, just control and commitment. This Papa Jon deck marks a huge milestone: his official pro debut with Civilian Skateboards, earned through years of steady progression and respect. For us, it hits even deeper—Jon Jon is also one of our Stix SGV team riders, and watching someone from our extended shop family step into pro territory is exactly what skateboarding is about. This board represents growth, trust, and doing things the right way.
