IN-STORE ENTRY & EMAIL (One ticket for each entry. Maximum 2 entrees.)

Send an email to [email protected] (and/or walk into any Stix SGV location. check for store hours) by 11:59 PM on Thursday, December 4th to confirm your participation.

Your email must follow these instructions exactly:

 SUBJECT LINE:  Enter your phone number in the subject line. (No spaces, parentheses, or dashes—just numbers.) Example: 6263019059

 EMAIL BODY:

• Full Name
• Instagram Handle (Instagram name)
• Location of Entry (Choose only one: Monrovia, Claremont, or South Pasadena)
• Preferred Shoe Size (Men’s Sizing: 8.0 - 13.0)
  • Example: If you are a size 10.0, enter "10.0" (Do not enter just "10")
