Black Label Deck Team Shredded Barcode (10.25) takes the same uncompromising energy Black Label is known for and pushes it into a wider, more responsive platform. At 10.25” wide and 31.5” long, with 14.5” or 15” wheelbase options, this Custom “Riky” Shape is built for skaters who want serious board under their feet without sacrificing control. The shorter length paired with that wider width gives it a quick, locked-in feel—perfect for tight transitions, fast lines, and aggressive curb work.
The top veneer shows off a marbled purple stain with natural woodgrain bleeding through, making every deck slightly unique. A clean barcode hit near the tail sits above the phrase “Never Be Bought, Never Be Sold,” subtle but direct. Flip it over and the bottom graphic stacks torn, layered barcodes down the center in black and white, repeating the Black Label name in a distorted collage. The background stain fades from deep purple into a bold pink gradient, with “NEVER” stamped near the tail. It’s loud without being flashy—raw, direct, and true to Black Label’s DNA.
Founded in 1988 by John Lucero, Black Label has always operated on its own terms. Rooted in punk attitude, pool skating, and a refusal to follow trends, the brand built its legacy on bigger shapes and independent thinking. The message “Never Be Bought, Never Be Sold” isn’t a slogan—it’s a stance that’s carried the brand for decades, especially in eras where skateboarding has shifted toward corporate influence. Black Label stayed gritty, stayed loud, and stayed authentic.
A 10.25” Riky Shape makes a lot of sense around the San Gabriel Valley. That extra width brings stability for carving transitions and locking into rough terrain, whether you’re hitting tight park lines or charging deeper bowls. It’s the kind of board that feels planted under your feet, something you notice immediately when you set it down and push.
Stix SGV has proudly served the San Gabriel Valley skateboarding community since the late ‘90s. With three locations across Los Angeles County, we’ve been deeply rooted in the local scene. Our Monrovia shop has been a staple since 1997, followed by our Claremont location in 2014, and our South Pasadena shop opening its doors in 2022. Our mission has always been simple: to uphold skateboarding culture and stay true to our community.
