Dripping in eerie grime and chartreuse decay, the Scrape Wax Skull (Pus Moss) is not for the faint-hearted ledge skater. Handcrafted to mimic a radioactive relic, this skull is cast with a sickly green fade and grimy texture that looks like it crawled out of a storm drain behind an abandoned strip mall. Triple dipped at 160 degrees, each piece is 3 inches by 4 inches and clocks in at a hefty 5 ounces—beefy enough to last through harsh rails, hot curbs, and crusty ditches from Arcadia to Azusa.
Made by Neil Daniel de Paz, a lifelong skater and wax-smith from Sherman Oaks with over a decade on the board, every skull is poured with purpose. Neil’s background skating rough terrain all over SoCal helped him engineer a formula that melts fast, slides smooth, and leaves behind that satisfying smear on impact. With a blend this nasty, you’ll have your wax game looking like it came out of an L.A. County clean-up crew's nightmare.
Stix SGV has proudly served the San Gabriel Valley skateboarding community since the late ‘90s. With three locations across Los Angeles County, we’ve been deeply rooted in the local scene. Our Monrovia shop has been a staple since 1997, followed by our Claremont location in 2014, and our South Pasadena shop opening its doors in 2022. Our mission has always been simple: to uphold skateboarding culture and stay true to our community.
