Powell Peralta Deck OG Rat Bones Olive Green (10.0)
An icon returns. The Powell Peralta OG Rat Bones deck in olive green brings the raw energy of early-’80s street skating to modern sessions. The wide 10-inch platform and elongated 30-inch length give you that stable, surf-meets-skate feel—perfect for deep carves, pool coping, and stylish street lines from East LA plazas to mellow curbs in the foothills. The olive base pops with bold red bone chevrons and three stacked Vato Rat insignias, while the bottom features the classic red Powell Peralta dragon. Smooth, rounded edges, a blunt nose, and squared tail evoke that pure old-school silhouette, and the LONG 4 – 2.5" old-school truck hole pattern keeps your setup authentic.
Built as a true re-issue, this deck mirrors the original Shape 265 with SP0 concave, a 16.25" wheelbase, 3" nose, and 5.95" tail, delivering a confident stance and predictable leverage on grinds and reverts. Pressed with U.S. hard rock maple to Powell Peralta’s specs and finished by their partner in Mexico, it’s warrantied against delamination for its useful life—because classics should be skated, not shelved.
The story runs deep: the Vato Rat graphic was created by Craig Stecyk out of the Santa Monica Dogtown scene, blending Zephyr surfboard airbrush work with local graffiti language. Revived by Stacy Peralta in 1983 as “Rat Bones,” the mark became a banner for the Bones Brigade era—seen in ads, stickers, tees, and decks—symbolizing territory, crew, and relentless DIY progression that still resonates from ditch spots in the SGV to backyard bowls across the Southland.
