Krooked Deck X Quartersnacks Get High (8.25)
Mark Gonzales’ playful linework meets downtown NYC humor on a deep green veneer: a drippy cloud floats over birds and a stitched-smile mascot while a big speech bubble urges you to “Get high doing low ollies.” Gold Krooked and Quartersnacks lettering pops against the graphic, and the medium concave feels right at home whether you’re power-sliding a Monrovia curb cut, quick-pushing through Old Town Claremont, or dodging cracks by the South Pas library.
Krooked, founded by The Gonz under Deluxe in the early 2000s, has always celebrated spontaneous drawing, VX-era energy, and fun-first skateboarding. Quartersnacks started in NYC in 2005 as a neighborhood skate blog and grew into an East Coast institution—daily edits, Monday Links, snack-sized spot guides, and a distinctive low-impact style that made the “low ollies” mantra famous. This collab bridges SF and NY with a graphic that nods to both scenes.
Pressed in traditional 7-ply maple for a lively, durable deck, sized 8.25" x 32" with a 14.38" wheelbase for quick flick and stable landings. Assorted top stains mean each board is a one-off. KROOKED X QUARTERSNACKS and built to get you from curb to ledge without overthinking it.

Stix SGV has proudly served the San Gabriel Valley skateboarding community since the late ‘90s. With three locations across Los Angeles County, we’ve been deeply rooted in the local scene. Our Monrovia shop has been a staple since 1997, followed by our Claremont location in 2014, and our South Pasadena shop opening its doors in 2022. Our mission has always been simple: to uphold skateboarding culture and stay true to our community.
